The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child celebrated 30 years in 2019 and the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family affairs commissioned Children's March for the celebration on November 20th in Oslo. School bands is a good example of the rights children have to play, learning and leisure regardless of background. The FNS Children's Convention was adopted by the UN General Assembly on 20 November 1989. The Convention is in the world community the most recognized of all UN conventions. Norway ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1991 and in 2003 the parliament made the Convention into Norwegian law. The march is easy to play, catchy and willfit well as a concert or street march in both large and small bands. In accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, available voices for stringed instruments have also been made so that other young people can play along. Let more children join in and hum on the tune in the trio part of the march.
