A perennial hand-clapping, toe-tapping Chanukkah favorite! Accessible duet version for a very early beginner accompanied by the teacher, a parent or a more advanced sibling/friend. It can be played as a solo or as a duet. Any student who has completed a standard method book labeled Primer, 1 or 1A can learn this piece easily and play it all through the 8 days of the Festival of Lights. The mp3 file was recorded on an iPhone while my computer notation software played the song. It's a very mechanical rendition. In real life performance, of course, the Secondo part would be much softer in order to allow the soloist to take center stage.
