Fantastic Children's Christmas musical!
Our 3rd-5th graders performed the musical this year (2014) at AUMC. Great songs and arrangements! As accompanist I used Fender-Rhodes EP sounds for some songs, Yamaha Motif acoustic guitar and string orchestra sounds for others, real piano for a couple and sequenced 2 others on the Yamaha Motif. I pretty much played these wonderful arrangements as written. Highly recommended!

Great children's program
Our small children's choir never tired of practicing this play. The songs were pretty easy to learn as was the script. The angel has the most to learn and really leads the play. Two solos were nice as were two songs with harmony. We did it with 5 children ages 6-12 and a 3-yr-old lamb. It would be best with 8 or more children (plus the narrator), and avoid the quick costume change of 3 characters. The angel passes the light of Christ to Mary, then Joseph, then the manger, shepherds, kings. In the end the entire audience has lit candles and is singing along with This Little Light of Mine. They all became Carriers of the Light.
