In this arrangement, the original score for Saint-Saens 'Carnival of the Animals' has been edited and expanded for Amateur orchestra. The removal of the challenging piano part and the omission of some of the movements has made this a more accesible work for intermediate-advance amateurs but still retains the true essence and feel of the original work. The following movements are included in this arrangement:
1. Introduction and Royal March of the Lions 2. Hens and Roosters 4. Tortoises 5. The Elephant 6. Kangaroos 7. The Aquarium 9. The Cuckoo in the Depths of the Woods 12. Fossils 13. The Swan 14. Finale
When performed - the arrangement works even better with narration in between the different movements (as is usually performed) and there are various texts available to go with the works.
