Nice Score - Poor Service
It took 40 days to get this product from my initial order online. It took 10 days from my order for Sheet Music Plus to inform me my order was being back-ordered from their source. True or not, the lame explanation that we have to wait until we open the package to find out your stuff we ordered is there... is just not acceptable with all the various options for electronic messaging available between suppliers. I don't think these sorts of delays would be acceptable in other industries. Neither was I offered any opportunity to expedite or address the issue. Just hurry up and wait. Having said that, I did receive the score in fine physical condition after the prolonged delay. It arrived too late for the planned use this year. There's always next year. In the meantime, I hope Sheet Music Plus will improve its communication with its suppliers and customers like me
