Nice piece
This is a pleasant easy piece. Rhythms are easy (quarters in right hand, whole notes in left) and it is in in C major. Note names appear inside the note-heads, which suggests that it is intended for a near-beginner--someone who has played long enough to do two hands together, but other wise is nearly at Primer level. For the level of player this would likely be useful for, finger numbers whenever an extension occurs would be hugely helpful. I probably would not assign it to a student without that information, as it wastes too much lesson time discussing or putting those in.
