Bruja Al Acecho (Opus 47 – No. 3) Solo for Cello. This original solo work is based on the legend of a witch, lurking in he shadows. She remains just out of view, but her presence can be felt via the atmosphere created by this unusual cello solo. The piece is emotive, conjuring up images of the Bruja as she creeps around, expressed through creative use of rhythm and melodic phrasing. (1:07).
