Evocative
Francis Shaw's musical arrangement, & particularly his harmonies, evoke the strong emotions felt by Jean Valjean while praying for his adoptive son ... & thinking of the redoubtable Jean Val, I personally have the tenor voice singing the melody & the sops the tenor line, to remind us of the stage show when the tenor soloist brought tears to many a surprised male eye.
