3-5 octave handbells - Grade 3

SKU: BP.HB571

Composed by Sandra Winter. Arranged by Sandra Winter. Handbell choir music. Sacred. Score. Beckenhorst Press #HB571. Published by Beckenhorst Press (BP.HB571).

8.5 x 11 inches.

Written for 3 to 5 octave handbell choir. Level 3. Sandra Winter's original composition is a beautiful, stirring celebration of life. A majestic theme with flowing eighth note accompaniment dominates the first half of the piece before a gentle mallet figure in the bass ups the tempo and recasts the melody in a joyous and celebratory light. Approachable by both intermediate and advanced ensembles, this piece is equally at home in worship or concert settings.

Another Fabulous Sandra Winter Piece
We purchased this piece to play at the International Handbell Symposium 2018 and fell in love with it at first play through. We are great fans of Sandra Winter's work and she has not let us down with this one. as a small group it does give us some challenges but the overall feeling from the entire group is of peace - it is a very peaceful, thoughtful and calming piece of music. We will definitely keep this in our repertoire and are preparing it for Christmas performances this year.
