Here it has been arranged for Cello Trio to Mixed Level Three-Part Cello Choir, by ArrangeMe.com arranger, Dina H. L. Slechta. The Cello 1 part, written in bass and treble clefs, rising up to and including stationary thumb position with additional E5, requires a Suzuki Volume 6 or above level cellist. The Cello 2 part, written entirely in bass clef, is accessible to a late Suzuki Volume 1 or above level cellist. Up Bow Anacruses can reinforce the learning from “O Come, Little Children” for a late Volume 1 level cellist. For Volume 3 level cellists, the melody sections can be followed up into fourth position. The Cello 3 part is written entirely in bass clef, with mostly open string notes. Select notes are written in parentheses as the preferred notes. Beginning cellists can participate by playing only the notes not in parentheses creating an entirely open string option.
A separate melody and lyrics page (could be printed front and back) is also provided for audience participation, or addition of a vocalist.
