Basketball Star Easy Piano - Sheet Music

The bouncy tune in Basketball Star, written in C major and 4/4 meter, perfectly captures the fun of nailing a musical three-pointer! Students can perform this energetic piece alone, or go one-on-one by playing the optional duet with a friend or teacher. Practice of accidentals and dynamic changes will help create an effortless-sounding performance. Smooth slurs followed by light staccatos showcase the student's ability to maneuver across the keyboard as well as the court! A Federation Festivals 2016-2020 selection.

Kids love this song!

Boys in my studio love the trick in this song (playing one hand over the top of the other). I showed them how to do this trick by rote and then when we went to the score, it was easy to do. Gentle introduction to hands together playing. Highly recommend!
