This haunting melody has been recorded by everyone from Charlotte Church to Andrea Bocelli and no wonder: it's gorgeous. And the harmonies are lush, and unexpected for a 16th century piece. Easy to learn but loved by the congregation. Flute adds to the mood. Using this for Advent lessons and carols.

It's a pretty simple piece, but it sounds a lot more difficult than it is. Audiences love a good Ave Maria.
