This duet, which was written for my father, is ideal for a variety of venues, including church services, memorials, general performances, and encores. Turn it into a cello solo by playing the melody throughout.
The sequence for the "turn" in Measures 6 and 17 is D-Eb-D (as heard in the video). While the audio provides an idea of tempo and dynamics, the video offers a better sense of how the two parts fit together.
