I created an easy three-part classical guitar ensemble arrangement with tablature for use in junior-high and high-school music classes.
Guitar 1: the melody in C major, playable only on the 1st–3rd strings
Guitar 2: the simplest part, playing bass notes mostly in half notes on the 4th–6th strings
Guitar Accompaniment (Easy): An eighth-note arpeggio accompaniment, suitable for students or teachers who are confident with guitar.
Guitar Accompaniment (Advanced): A slightly more challenging accompaniment.
Except for the accompaniment part, I think that with one or two hours of practice, students should be able to perform the two-part ensemble.
The layout places Guitar 1 and Guitar 2 on one A4 page, and the accompaniment part on another A4 page. When copied double-sided onto a single A4 sheet, the entire piece can be performed with no page turns.
