Nice, easy, pretty arrangement
Needed a good arrangement of Auld Lang Syne for a holiday party. Most were either too boring (no artistry, very church hymn), too long, too complex, etc. This hit the perfect note (pun intended) with a short but layered and rich presentation. We doubled the basses with the altos for the second verse, otherwise the basses barely sing half the song. Learned it in one 45 minute rehearsal, had it sounding great by the end of rehearsal #2, just in time for a performance on day #3.
