Each verse uses the choir differently - in unison, 2-parts, 3-parts, accompanied, a cappella, etc., providing energy and variety throughout. Ideally suited for the feast of Christ the King, or for other festive occasions in the Christian liturgical year. The choral parts are not especially difficult for an experienced SATB choir, and the organist will have an opportunity to showcase his skills. At the Name of Jesus runs close to five minutes in length.
