This lovely vintage hymn speaks to Christ's sacrifice on our behalf. It is particularly appropriate for the Easter season but would be a welcome complement to many other services. It is an easily learned arrangement for the church pianist who wants to have a more flowing style of music to accompany choir or congregational singing. The original melody is retained, but I changed the timing to 6/8. It is suitable for preludes, offertories or communion. Lyrics are included. Intermediate level.
