For SAB choir and organ or piano, a setting of Matthias Claudius' text (translated by Jane Campbell) - "We Plow the Fields and Scatter", for SAB choir and organ or piano. This is NOT a setting of the traditional hymn WIR PFLÜGEN - the verses are new and not difficult to sing (the baritone part is a true baritone part, not a hacked-up bass part!) You will, however, hear an echo of the traditional Thanksgiving tune in the refrain section: "All good gifts around us are sent from heaven above, so thank the Lord, for all his love.".
