What a bargain!
This is a wonderful collection of pieces edited and played by Andres Segovia. It truly contains The Finest Pieces from His Repertoire and I am glad to own it. If the pieces were bought by themselves it would cost you easily over $150, so this is a real bargain. I have noticed a few typos in some of the pieces, but considering the price point I won't knock off any stars.

Segovia--a new treasure
This book is a fine addition to the library of any guitarist! I especially like the Sor Mozart variations, opus 9. This is the 1931 edition, which I prefer to the newer edition, issued in 2007, because the newer edition has some confusion of the sequence of the second part of the theme. I like the diminished seventh chord to go second. The old typographical error near the end of the first variation (e to g# should be e to b). This error was corrected in 2007, but there is another, more glaring typo that wasn't corrected. In both editions, the first half of the fourth variation ends with g#, which should be low e. The typos are easy enough to spot when reading through the piece, but the statement of theme, as revised in 2007, looks like some editor's preference, not Segovia's. Anyway, this is a nice edition of music edited and recorded over the years by Segovia.
