This vibrant sonatina evokes three scenes of the American West: Roundup --- a rousing cowboy tune; Ghost Town Blues --- a relaxed jazzy waltz; and City Scenes --- an exciting finale with driving, syncopated rhythm. Although it requires fast hand shifts in movements I and III, it's really fun to play and sounds fresh and original! A real crowd pleaser!
