Gershwin's beloved classic is finally in the public domain in the US and is here arranged for piano quartet. There are a lot of parts to cover, so everyone stays quite busy. My piano quintet version plays a bit better overall, but sometimes you are missing that extra violinist - so this arrangement gives an option for this combination. All parts are challenging but doable - the hardest part are the constant tempo and character changes inherent to the piece. Score and parts can be printed 2-sided for page turns.
