Alphamonic Overture is an opening piece that serves equally well at other points in a concert programme. This unique work is based on the syllables of the name of the orchestra: just as Ravel once wrote a piece using the letters of Haydn’s name, Satoshi Yagisawa transformed ‘Alphamonic’ into ‘la-mi-si-la-la-fa-la-so-ti-do’ and employed this note row into the basis for the entire composition.
Alphamonic Overture is officieel een openingswerk, maar u kunt het zeker ook goed op een andere plaats in het concert programmeren. Dit bijzondere werk is gebaseerd op de letters van de orkestnaam. Net zoals Ravel eens eenwerk schreef waarin hij de letters van Haydn verwerkte, veranderde Satoshi Yagisawa ‘Alphamonic’ in ‘lami-si-la-la-fa-la-so-ti-do’ en gebruikte hij deze tonen als basis voor het gehele werk.
Diese einzigartige neue Eröffnungsfanfare basiert auf den Silben des Namens des auftraggebenden Blasorchesters "Alphamonic“: Genau wie Ravel einst ein Stück auf Haydns Namen schrieb, verwandelte Satoshi Yagisawa "Alphamonic“ in "la-mi-ti-la-la-fa-la-so-tido“ und verwendete diese Tonfolge als Grundlage für das gesamte Stück.
Cette originale fanfare d’ouverture est basée sur l‘orthographe du nom de l‘orchestre dédicataire : tout comme Maurice Ravel écrivit son Menuet sur le nom de Haydn, Satoshi Yagisawa a transformé "Alphamonic" en "la-mi-si-la-la-fa-la-sol-si-do“, des notes qui viennent colorer d’une manière inaltérable toute sa composition.
Alphamonic Overture è stato commissionata dall’Orchestra di Fiati Alphamonic di Funabashi City (Giappone). Questa originale fanfara di apertura è basata sull’ortografia del nome della banda che ha commissionato il brano. Satoshi Yagisawa ha trasformato il nome "Alphamonic" in quello delle note che colorano l’intera composizione (la-mi-si-la-la-fa-sol-si-do).
