This Beatles favorite will be a hit with your developing brass players!! Written for Brass Quintet and optional Percussion, this arrangement also includes several adapted parts for the developing player. Simplified parts are available for Horn, Trombone, and Trumpet, and subsitute parts are available for French Horn (sub Trombone) and Trumpet 2 (sub. French Horn or Trombone). This arrangement is faithful to the original, with the opening quote of the French National Anthem (also used in Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture"), straight and swung rhythms, glisses in the chours, as well as the correct time signature changes throughout. This version is written a whole step down (concert F Major) from the original (G Major), in order to support brass technique. Can be used for school concerts (Middle or High School) or by professional ensembles!!

Mr. Janssen is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where he studied Music Performance (Trombone, Violin), Music Education, and Business Administration. Mr. Janssen completed his graduate studies at Boston University, where he completed a Master of Music in Music Education degree with in emphasis in Composition/Arranging and Urban Music Education.
