Probably the best known version uses a poem by St. Francis of Assisi: "All Creatures of Our God and King." This setting is a bit gentler than most versions of the tune. It begins in the key of Eb, and for the 3rd and final verse modulates to F. It is quite comfortably playable for any advanced level pianist.
