All By Myself by Celine Dion Piano, Vocal - Digital Sheet Music

By Sergei Rachmaninoff

"All by Myself" is a song by American artist Eric Carmen released in 1975. The verse is based on the second movement (Adagio sostenuto) of Sergei Rachmaninoff's circa 1900-1901 Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Opus 18. The chorus was taken from the song "Let's Pretend", which Carmen wrote and recorded with the Raspberries in 1972. This version features a root-based chord-blocking technique that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We added some left-hand and right-hand fills to "make it our own", hopefully you can do the same!
