Just purchased this intermediate level book and can't say enough about how good these arrangements are! They make you want to keep playing the song over and over. Alfred uses extremely talented people (especially George Peter Tingley, Sharon Aaronson, and Martha Meir) to arrange their Greatest Hits and Top Hits books. I'd say the first song, Can't Help Falling in Love is early intermediate but it's rich sounds make you think it's a more difficult piece. YMCA has a lot of octaves in the bass, lots of fun to play, and sounds impressive. I also have level 1 and level 2 Greatest Hits and and they are very good as well.
