When it arrived I looked at it and thought, oh, great, here we go, another person thinks they can change I work of art that was perfect to begin with. Well, after I sat down and played, I was amazed by it. This is probably one of the best variations to this song I have ever heard. It comes with three variations and the theme. The theme is very simple and sounds very nice when played, but when we move on to Var. 1, it blows away the theme completely by entering a new idea, but still, you can hear the theme in it. Than Var. 2 has a sort of 'popcorn' feel that is very nice (when played right), by popcorn feel I mean it is VERY staccato, then in the final variation Var. 3, I about passed out. Var. 3 is an AMAZING closer to this wonderful art piece. Overall, I highly recommend this piece, even if you're an advanced player, you will have a BLAST playing this song, I know I am. I play it as much as I can! I'm actually playing it at a recital I like it so much. BUY IT!
