Mozart and Twinkle, Twinkle
I recommend this piece to Mozart fans especially, as its not that well known from his oeuvre. The French title is deceptive as we know the melody from Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star and yes the great Mozart wrote a bunch of variations on it. Its musically fairly straight-forward, though a little challenging. The most virtuosic variation is the last one, which also serves well as a warm-up piece. I recommend this piece highly.
