This arrangement is re-spelled as a 3/4 time signature, implying a waltz-like feel and making the syncopated rhythms much easier to read. Each part has beautiful legato lines and the melody is spread throughout the parts.
The Alto Clarinet part can also be played by a Bb Clarinet; an alternative "5th Clarinet" part is included.
Only Clarinet 1 goes above a high C, so the other parts are accessible for less experienced players.
If additional clarinettists are available, it is recommended that Clarinets 3 & 4 are doubled, as these are the parts with the fewest rests.
The full score is also included for reference or for use by a conductor.
