It starts with a majestic opening of trumpets accentuating the unison chorus stating the power of God. It then moves to two A appella sections (SSAA & TTBB) that compliment the text that state the case for a champion (Jesus Christ) against the evil of satan. There is a triumphant closing with full pipe organ, trumpets, timpani, and full chorus stating the final victory over evil. The trumpet and timpani parts are sold seperately. There are two versions of trumpet parts: for Bb and for C trumpets.
