Exciting to listen to, easy to SEE
Over the past 15 years I've used selections from A Hymn Festival in several churches where I have been the organist. I love the back-and-forth arrangements that equally emphasize the color of both the piano and the organ. Congregants attentively look from one to the other instrument!Now I am living and playing in a retirement community. Many of my elderly co-musicians have visual limitations. We appreciate the black, clearly spaced and printed notation. Excellent.

A tad to easy
I felt the Christmas medley was a tad too simplified, but the remaining pieces are okay. Our organist has severe arthritis in her hands so the pieces allow us to still present pretty music for the congregation.
