Superb and inspiring!
This is a detailed guide to playing the violin fiddle-style, with vigorous rhythm. Details on technique are in the first section of the book. The second part has excellent transcriptions of folk favorites such as Old Joe Clark and Soldier's Joy. You do need to be at least an intermediate player to play these full-speed at a lively tempo.
