Dit werk werd geschreven in opdracht van de Nederlandse gemeente Woensdrecht ter gelegenheid van het 700-jarig bestaan van deze gemeente. Deze statische, op een koraal gebaseerde compositie kan, indien gewenst, met koor uitgevoerdworden. De rijke instrumentatie laat toe dit werk met elk orkest uit te voeren.
Dieses Werk ist eine Auftragskomposition der holländischen Gemeinde Woensdrecht zu deren 700-jährigen Jubiläum. Diese majestätische Komposition beruht auf einem Choral und lässt sich ‘ad libitum’ mit Chor aufführen. Spielbar für jede Besetzung.
