Wonderful flute trios
Our trio plays these Boismortier flute trios on either 3 tenor recorders or an alto and 2 tenor recorders. The first and second line run in the second register of the tenor and you must know all your notes to high D. If it gets too high we run an alto on the first line. Extremely good music. Not too hard but with enough musical muscle to make it very fun and interesting to play. Some of the Sonata's have 3 sharps so it is well in the realm of easy recorder playing. These are great sounding Sonata's and very fun to play.
