Originally for two violins the 44 Duos for Two Trombones, beautifully arranged by Ralph Sauer are based on peasant melodies (with two exceptions) and were published in order of difficulty.
The Duos in total are about 43-55 minutes in length, however, Mr. Sauer recommends choosing some from different sections of the collection and perform them as a suite.
The printed version will include two coil-bound copies of the score, one for each player. The difficulty of the duos ranges from intermediate to quite advanced.
