Beethoven composed his 32 Variations on an Original Theme in C minor, WoO. 80, in 1806. It begins with an eight-bar main theme and there follow 32 variations based on that theme. The variations differ in character, technical difficulty and dynamics.

High quality edition
The edition has a beautiful old-school look and is pleasant to look at even for a very long time (even though the paper is bleached). The sheet music does not seem to have any mistakes. The piece itself is an underrated masterpiece and definitely one of Beethoven's best in the genre.
