Finalmente disponibile la versione URTEXT dei capolavori di questo grande maestro messicano del ventesimo secolo, fino ad oggi conosciuti solo nella revisione di Segovia. Ponce compose la maggior parte dei suoi lavori per chitarra durante gli anni vissuti a Parigi, poi pubblicati da Schott, e sono stati il lavoro di un intensa collaborazione tra il compositore e Andrés Segovia, che ha dato una chiara influenza a questi pezzi. Dalle fonti disponibili oggi, quello che sappiamo è che esiste una sola versione manoscritta di Ponce per ognuno dei quattro pezzi, a volte molto frammentarie. In accordo con l’editore la presente nuova edizione è interamente basata sui manoscritti originali di Ponce. Poor Images
The images are blurry to the point that you can't decipher the fingering marks in the score. Usable but very difficult to read. Customer service claims that's the best image they could get from the publisher.
