There are dynamic rapid passages, long sustained hymn like passages and much dialogue between the instruments and the families of instruments. The slow movement incorporates the use of subtle quarter-tones. The work culminates in a virtuoso flourish. The duration is 9 minutes. This is a manuscript score, thus the reduced price.
