Visitors to Dublin in the next ten days may want to take in the city sights by following an experimental music trail.
The Contemporary Music Centre (CMC) is planning to utilise modern technology to bring music from contemporary Irish composers direct to smartphone headsets in certain locations around the city.
Focused mainly around the Historic Quarter of Dublin, the aim of the project is to focus on the rich musical heritage of the destination.
According to the CMC, the opportunity to introduce visitors to music they may never have heard or known about before is key to the initiative.
