The luminaries of the music industry descended upon the Music Week Awards 2012 last night, which took place at The Brewery, central London.
Organised by Music Week, the trade paper for the UK’s recording industry, the evening’s biggest winners were record label XL Recordings who away three gongs, including the prestigious Strat which went to their founder, Richard Russell.
Adele’s manager, Jonathan Dickens, won Manager Of The Year whilst 6Music and Steve Lamacq won the radio awards for best station and best show respectively.
